Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium

Sales process was straightforward and communication was excellent. Flew up from Washington State and was met at the airport. After a test drive, inspection and paperwork.. I was on the road with the Toyota Tacoma. Drove the Alcan Hwy home in the winter...truck did well and my wife loves ‘her’ nearly new rig. Thanks Gary and the crew at Thrifty Car Sales Alaska.

These people were excellent. They allowed me to take a 2 day test drive on the vehicle I was wanting. Brett, Gary and Scott were extremely responsive, very friendly, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a car. I struggled with the dealership cause they weren't listening to what I was wanting - I was able to find exactly what I wanted with Thrifty and was able to test drive from Wednesday to Friday and bought on Friday and took less than 4 hours for everything including my bank.

Gary in Anchorage, AK provided my family and I with the best customer service experience we've ever recieved. He takes such great care of his vehicles that we ended up purchasing our rental from him. He treated us like family. I highly recommend his rental car service and am in love with my Buick Encore. I waited a few months to write the review so I could include how the vehicle is handling after a few months of use above the arctic circle. So I bought a 2016 4Runner from these guys and they have been excellent, they did every single thing they said they would, not only in preparation for my arrival in anchorage, plus they’ve called me twice to see if alls ok and what else can they do, also up to now by overniting the spare keys and title etc, which was why i was able to register in haines today, in time for bid proposal. Had an amazing experience buying a car yesterday! I chatted with the Gary all week long as I was flying down from Fairbanks to make a purchase. He made sure the process went as smooth as possible. He even coordinated a ride for me from the airport. I spent a total of 11 minutes at their location with Mark and then 60 mins at the bank closing on the loan.
